In the unlikely event that your Muggi Cup Holder is broken/faulty, you can return it by contacting Denise in our Customer Care Team. Once the issue is determined we will let you know if you should discard your Muggi or post it back to us for investigation.
Should you be asked to post it back, Denise will supply you with our address for you to send it. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning.
Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement Muggi (depending on the problem) that same day.
